SINGLE-ORIGIN

Our privately-owned and operated farm spans almost four million square meters east of the Mediterranean Sea, far from urban and industrial areas. From seedlings to the time of harvest, our groves remain protected from pesticides, pollution, and other chemicals. The rocky terrain, clean fresh air, and an ideal climate create the perfect conditions for cultivating our organic olive trees.

HAND-HARVESTED

To preserve the highest level of freshness and oleic acid content, our team collects the olive harvest by hand and begins the cleaning and pressing process within four hours. Olives enter oxygen-free containers in our state-of-the-art facility on the premises, ready for extraction. Once bottled, the custom dark glass Italian vessels prevent sunlight from compromising the oil.
